GROUP TRAINING
Circuit training refers to the form of weight or resistance training in which the volume of exercising is maximised to gain desirable results in a short time span. Circuit training is designed to improve mobility, strength and endurance through functional movements. Using a mix of bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells and other functional equipment, these classes are all about working at your fitness level in a fun, group environment

Pay per class - weekdays - $10.00. Sunday class - $5
